I bought the fuse kit first. Van's is easy to work with on it and said that the
option is becoming more and more popular. The center spar kit is aprrox $1300
and packs within the fuse kit. 
1/8 inch toggle bolts inside standard automotive fuel line make perfect dummy wing
bolts for contruction. I would rather have the real bolts virgin for final
assembly anyway.
