Regarding the electrical connections, all good stuff. Years ago my panel
switch wasn't making good contact and I replaced it to fix my issue. Since
your shower is sparks is to working maybe there just isn't enough voltage
getting to the starter. I drop of air tool oil on the intake side of the
starter could also help.
