Photo Capture Techniques
The color photos in these pages were done with a Sony TR700 Hi8 Camcorder and
the new Snappy Video Frame Grabber. The
Snappy is an amazing device that is worth looking at if you are interested in
a quick way to get images for your HTML documents. I have found that most
images require a bit of enhancement with Photoshop, but generally the
quality is quite good.
The black and white images were done with a Logitech Photoman Plus (sorry,
no cool http ref for Logitech - can you believe it?). This is a great little
digital camara for taking a quick shot of something. The biggest problem
is the limited resolution. Still, a handy toy.
