Should I be concerned? > No. Every time the master switch is turned on, it shorts this wire to ground. If this wire is accidentally shorted to ground, the main contactor coil restricts the current flow. The contactor will energize and you will lose the ability to shut it off. The danger of fire or smoke is minimal. If installed with secure terminations and care to prevent mechanical damage, then there should be no problem. None. All their shields are open at the far end, i.e. only shields and not part of the audio path. "audio LO" connections in virtually all such systems is a common signal ground.
