Hi Folks,
I'm using a short length of battery type cable made by B&C to connect my
main contactor to the starter contactor. Both contactors are from B&C.
The orientation of the terminal bolts on the contactors does not make
for using copper bar easily.
I've enclosed a picture. My question is, do you the think the radius of
the bend will put too much stress on this wire? If so, what would you
suggest?

With shorter pieces of heavy gauge wire I lay them flat on the workbench and roll
them with the palm of one hand while holding a sharp carpet knife or box cutter
against the insulation. This allows you to hold a consistent pressure against
the insulation and decreases the chances of nicking any wires. After that
just a couple of flexes will break the Tefzel insulation loose.

I agree with Lynn. There are 1000 of places on the 'net to see and post
opinions. There's only one AeroElectric, lets keep it focused.

I think the bend is OK, but I would suggest you try to support it at the
apex of the curve to reduce the potential for failure at a fitting.
