On the subject of "Master Disconnect" or Master Switch: If a manual switch
is desired, Waytechwire has a selection of disconnect switches rated at
hundreds of Amps. used in commercial vehicles. I use one in my Airstream
to disconnect the battery in case of emergency (battery is mounted between
tow vehicle and trailer and heavy wiring in trailer). I had considered
mounting a manual switch in the RV6, next to the battery with a shaft
extension to the dash. Simple, reliable etc. Jurgen Amtmann
