The drawings on the website omit that detail. Here is are possible loads: SPARE, FANS, SPARE, AUTOPILOT, CAPACITOR, PCB, AUDIO, TRIM, GPS, LNDG LT, START, FUEL Press, OIL PRESS, INTERCOM, X-PONDER, RADIO, EFIS, ALTERNATOR, ADS-B, NAV LIGHTS -------- Joe Gores Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=473735#473735 ________________________________ Message 3 _____________________________________ Time: 12:09:17 PM PST US From: "Robert L. Nuckolls, III" Subject: AeroElectric-List: Arduino DAC progject I took a look at the ADC card we proposed way back when. It still looks good. I'm going to order in some proof of concept boards and get at least one stuffed . . . then get it off to you for further sifting of the rats There are several times I could have used this item over the past couple years. It would not punch a big hole in other commitments to get one stuffed and onto your bench. Got a bunch of things in the 90% phase that need to get pushed over the finish line. Nuckolls, III" Subject: AeroElectric-List: Arduino DAC project (OOPS!) Oops. I intended to send this to Paul . . . but no harm done. Among other things, Paul has put some considerable effort into integrating a OBAM aircraft friendly data acquisition board . . . Emacs! With the Arduino Uno. This board will feature full, scaleable access to 6 analog analog inputs, three of which have jumpered options to (1) measure current in a conductor passed though a hall effect transducer (2) measure temperature with a K-type thermocouple, and/or (3) strap to a gain of 100 amplifier for gathering of information from low level signals like strain gages. These are the kinds of things I did at Beech for a bunch of years, but with a fatter budget. Emacs! Now, with Paul's assistance, we'll see if we can bring the cost down for making measurements of similar quality in a po' pilot's flying machine. It will fit into a roughly 2 x 3 x 4 inch enclosure and have enough memory to document your record flight from coast to coast in an ultra-light. The full up assembly will feature an SD card memory for gathering data autonomously and formatting it for porting to Excel. Some of you guys may be both talented and motivated to craft a processing app to run under Windows . . . something that would label, scale and offset raw data (0-5v binary) into real-world numbers on a nice graphics display? ------------------------------------- Paul, I took a look at the ADC card we proposed way back when.
