Not recruited rather a sort of an uninvited volunteer / masochist. Im gonna stop
here until such time as I have a Monkworkz PM alternator on my yet to be completed
AC.
Bill at Monkworkz runs bench testing by spinning the alternator with a drill press.

Not exactly a precision test instrument. Next time
you talk to him, suggest that I can plot efficiency
and performance curves with some degree of confidence
along with quantification of the 'spike' theory.
