         Unfortunately, times being as they are, the printing
         bill took a pretty good jump. I forget the last time
         I had to raise the price on a 'Connection.
      
         It is what it is.
      
         Need to do some serious effort toward a 13th revision.
         Learned a lot over the last 30 years.  The book
         is long over due for an upgrade!

         survive crashes, why don't they make the whole airplane
