Nuckolls, III" Subject: AeroElectric-List: Exceptional product alert I've been sampling a variety of 'clamp on' ammeters with particular interest in acquiring one with accurate DC capability. I brought this on in about 6 months ago: https://tinyurl.com/ysqy33hd This item is offered by a constellation of sources . . . shop around. It agrees with lab meters to within a few percent on DC . . . even in the lower currents. I've had several that were 'adequate' for troubleshooting but this one seems to supply good engineering/ design 'data'. Just moved the G65 battery over to do a cap check and the clamp-on agreed very well with the WMR discharge current. That might change if I decide to play with electric motor power for something, though. ;-) Charlie On 10/18/2023 12:18 PM, Ken Ryan wrote: > Am I correct in my interpretation that this device is limited to 100 > amp DC? > > > On Wed, Oct 18, 2023 at 7:59AM Robert L.
