From: "Ceengland" One thing I ran into decades ago with a different brand comm was that one of the D-sub pins backed out of the shell *just enough* to not make connection between the tray's connector and the radio itself. (In my case, it was the PTT line, but it can happen with any of the pins.) An 'out of left field' thought would be to check the programming of the radio itself, if it has 'software' configurations. From: "farmrjohn" Just for grins I decided to test my two stereo headsets. Both of them did not test on the right (ring portion of jack) speaker. I borrowed another stereo headset and eureka, both speakers worked, and the left/right tone test was correct as well. Now, any tips on overhauling headsets?
