Subject: | pinouts for a Lamar regulator |
Hi all
Can anyone help with clarity on the wire colour allocation on this
type of regulator?
I cannot find any info...seems this is a drop in replacement for
various legacy installations where a plug in adapter eliminates the
need to actually know where each wire colour is allocated.

I don't know if these will be helpful, but I was able to find a couple of documents
related to this regulator or units like it.
First is a Textron Aviation service bulletin, SEB-24-06. It doesn't say anything
about wire colors, but it does have a wiring diagram with pin numbers that
might be helpful.

Second is a DGR3 Field Test document (unfortunately, this is hosted on Scribd,
which has a heavy advertising load if you don't have an account). It contains
a schematic for a test set that has wire colors (page 6). Maybe those colors
will match what's on your regulator?
