I added a momentary push button switch to the circuit (circled in red).
You will have to decide if this added feature is worth the risk of the switch
failing and causing the valves to short cycle on and off.
During descent to landing, the wing tank valves will open and close every 10
minutes to keep the main tank full. It is my understanding that you want the
main tank to be near full at end of flight so that it is ready for the next takeoff.
Pressing the momentary switch will interrupt the automatic cycling and cause
the main tank to start refilling immediately. If timed correctly,
the main fuel tank will be near full and ready for the next takeoff.

After thinking about it, one could accomplish the same thing without installing
a
momentary push button switch by pulling the circuit breaker for the fuel level
switches and then resetting it, assuming there is a pullable breaker and not fuses.
