| Subject: | Allegro 2000 Wheel Pants |
The outside attaching bolts on one of my wheel pants came loose with out
my knowledge and upon landing at a turf runway the vibration allowed the
wheel pant to come in contact with the tire and as a result it ripped
the fiberglass wheel pant off the aluminum bracket. I now have to decide
if it is worth fixing, ( 2 photos attached) or if I can find another set
of Allegro wheel pants here in the states, try to see if the wheel pants
offered by Aircraft spruce will fit, or just forget the idea of having
wheel pants. I am at a turf field, so wheel pants take a beating anyway.
Any way, short of trying to get a set or just one from Fantasy Air
(which may be impossible now) anyone out there have extra wheel pants
for an Allegro 2000? Suggestions?
