I found a machining factory in the Netherlands that is equipped to do this job. See the site (in Dutch): http://www.mafaha.nl/ They accepted an order for 4 to 5 pieces at a price of 75 Euros a piece. To be sure that the nuts are dimensionally perfect I have to bring them the threaded shaft and the present nylon nut. Bringing them the parts can hopefully be done in a couple of weeks from now.
