Subject: Allegro 2000 fuel tank coating

Hello, I have been having black flakes of what looks like the coating inside the
fuel tank clogging the quick drain.
I was wondering if there is an opening (other than the fuel fill) on top of the
tank that would allow a cleaning and re coating of the fuel tank interior?
