      I'm not sure if anyone found out anything on this.  I did some quick checking.
      I noticed that for LSA America Inc, their last required filing with the NC Secretary
      of State was in 2018.  So, long before Doug and Betty's death, the company
      was already dead.  The state dissolved the company on 5/26/2021 due to the
      lack of filing. (You have to file every year and pay a fee).  This isn't too
      big of a surprise, but at least there is some hint of info on this.  I hope everyone
      is still flying their Allegros.  After 4 years of building my house at
      5NC5, we're getting close to completion and I hope to get back in the air soon.
