      Pentru a putea incepe o discutie pe tema asta este nevoie mai sa stim despr

      Intentionez sa cumpar o aeronava(experimental) din USA si as vrea sa analiz
      ez situatia, daca pot sau nu /  sau in ce conditii pot zbura cu ea in Roman
      ia avind PPL.
      
      A auzit cineva de o situatie similara ?  Care sunt diferentele(ma refer la 
      costuri si hirtii) intre o aeronava certificata si una experimentala. Unde 
      se pot citi informatiile astea ?
