I may have a solution, however, as I lived in N Carolina for three years and am still in regular contact with the guy who serviced my airplane at Johnston County Airport - Charlie West who owns Mobile Airplane Repair. He'd probably be willing to act as an 'honest' broker for both parties, I guess. Anyway, I'll talk to my group members tomorrow and explain the situation, then we can see about making an offer!
