My concern is accuracy (obviously) and Pitot/Static System Checks. Are NON-TSOed Altimeters accurate enough to pass the test? Has anyone researched this issues? I will be operating some IFR. Most equipment (non-TSO'd) is just as accurate and in some cases are the same minus the NRC to certify and unit documentation costs. my .02 Ed
