Thanks Dan,
I heard the same concerns from other users - I removed the unit, my tray was
set back about 1/32 from the panel. Moved it forward and reseated the unit
and tightenned it well, I heard that they had designed a new tray and some
have replaced the tray?
All is working well again. I know what you mean about user friendly, but
once you get it sorted out it is great.
Regards,
Dave
