Garmin GNS 430 Simulator and Windows 7
      
      
      A year and a half ago I downloaded from the Garmin Website the simulator 
      of the GNS 400 series on my Windows XP computer. Recently I tried to do 
      the same with my Windows 7 computer. This did not work. Admittedly I had 
      been forewarned as the Garmin Website stated that this simulator is not 
      compatible with Windows 7 and 8 but it is with Windows XP.
      
      Does anyone know where I can find a Garmin GNS 430 simulator which is 
      compatible with Windows 7? Thanks.

      George
      I run windows 7 pro and it has a windows xp mode that actually runs a 
      copy of xp and therefore all xp software. Takes a few seconds to open 
      but works well. I don't know if windows 7 home has that capability.
