      I bought a Icom A-210. Unfortunately it has only a Mono output.
      Can I wire the Mono output to the Left and Right tab of a Stereo 
      Headphone Jack?

      If the rest of the audio system is mono, then no problem. But most 
      stereo headsets have a stereo/mono switch built in. If you have a stereo 
      intercom, it should have a mono input for the com.
