Dear Listers,
There's just a few more days left in this year's List Fund Raiser and that means
the List of Contributors (LOC) is just around the corner! In December I post

Ralph,
In the past S-Tec was always responsive to customer problems.
And, they had a lot of long term techs and engineers that really
understood the system and knew the answers.
It has gone thru a few leadership changes so things have probably changed.
I would call them and get thru to a field engineering guy or similar.
Drill down until you find a long term employee.
Hopefully, he can enlighten you as to the problem.
When I purchased my -50X system a long time ago, I had initial problems
with the guidance part of it. I was able to find a VP that understood what
I was dealing with and made it possible to correct it. I have not
experienced any problems with my AP and knock on wood ....
