--> Cadet-List message posted by: JosephJ938@aol.com
Dear Culver Cadet List,
=A0=A0=A0=A0 I've been trying for several months to deturmine which aircraft to
settle on for a project for my son and myself.=A0 We have almost settled on=20the
Fly Baby but keep comming back to the problem that it is a single place
aircraft.=A0 The Cadet is a tempting choice due to its capacity and performance
numbers.=A0 I have seen Neil LaFrance's name listed in several places
associated with the plans for the Cadet STF, I assume he designed it.=A0 My
question is, are the plans available for the original Cadet, the all wood
version?=A0=A0 And,=A0 since many of you have either restored or built your=20Cadet,
in your opinion,=A0 would it be a reasonable project for a first time aircraft
builder?=A0 I work in an aircraft maintenace facility but am not a A&P mech
myself. (I'm an aircraft parts guy myself.) I do have access to many folks
that have A&P expertise. Thanks in advance for any input.
