Dave,
If you are referring to the plastic overlay that surrounds the throttle
and other controls, the answer is that it is held in place with the
flaired housing of the cable assy's that run through it AND two threaded
small bolts. The top instrumnent panel overlay is made id aluminum. It
hooks onto the top of the dash and is secured by two small screws along
the bottom edge.
