Can someone unravel the Maintenance Manual for me and tell me the simple way to
change the tire and check the camber on my 182Q? Looks like you use the step
as a jack point but that doesn't look very safe. Suggestions? Thanks. John

If it anything like our 1978 182, there is a boss on
the under side of the gear leg with a concave dish to
it. You need to get rounded adaptor for a floor jack
and mount it to the jack securely. Place the rounded
end into the boss and jack like a car.
