--> Cessna-List message posted by: "HILL, DAVID" <DAVID.HILL@tccd.edu> Richard, As you most likely know, the flaps on the C-152 are electric. The only thing on the panel is a switch, which controls a flap motor and linkage. A much lighter installation is the manual control in early C-150 and C-172. Also take a look at the flaps on a C-140; very light and simple. Spring loaded up and cable pulled down with a lever. Regards Dave Hill Hi, can anybody help me with a construction drawing or photo of the flap control device installed in the panel of C152 / C172 (maintenance manual)? I would like to adapt this elegant solution to my homebuilt. Thanks Richard
