HI MOE.
I called Gladys at TCAC today to see if I could talk her out
of the artwork you need. She needed to ask her boss, Jeff Cousins, who is
out for a few days. When I hear from her, I'll contact you. HAPPY NEW
YEAR!! jb

I believe, since it is a piston airplane, it would be the one found in the
FARs, part..........?? 91?? jb

The FAA has allowed me to make my own for both a Cessna 337 and my 680F(p).
I suggest that you try this route. If you want I can send you a copy of both
the IFR and VFR MEL for the 680F(p). The IFR MEL list simply states that all
equipment on the airplane must be operational, while the VFR list gives quite
a bit of latitude.

That is because turbine airplanes require a MEL or MMEL to be operated in the
"real world" since they are specifically exempted form 91.205 in 91.213, D,
(1) (i), meaning that short of an approved MMEL or ferry permit, every
stinking light bulb must work every time, including the one on the coffee
warmer.
A piston airplane can revert to 91.205 parigraph (b) - (f) This is
the MEL for a part 91, piston airplane. Part 135 airplanes MEL is found in
135.159, 161, 163.
Hope this helps. jb

HI KIDS.
I took a look and some pix of a nice older Shrike for TCFG
member Jimmy Rodreguis (sp) this week. It is parked across the river and I
think Morris made an offer on it in his behalf?? It is a nice clean example
with a NEW SPAR!! It would be great to have another member become an owner.
Jimmy was at the flyin this year and lives in San Juan, PR. (Maybe I can
ferry it down there, Yippee!!) jb
