Yeah, but THAT formation TO didn't rattle any windows, JB. :)

HI KIDS.
Just another reminder to plan to attend the TCFG convention
this year. It is Sept 11- 13 at Commander Aero in Dayton, OH. I want to share
some of the fine speakers planed to address this years attendees. TLC FOR
TURBO COMMANDERS Gary Krommer, Commander Aero. TODAY'S MARKET FOR COMMANDERS,
Mike Hudgins, Pres. Genesis Aircraft Marketing Group, QUANTUM LEAP AVIONICS,
Bill Pearsons UPSAT Account Executive. TWIN COMMANDER FLIGHT TRAINING, Jerry
Hill, Flight Safety Int. EARLY TURBO COMMANDERS, Marty Haskell, 681 Owner.
NDT SPAR TESTS, Chris Small NDT Tech Aircraft Testing Division. UPGRADING
PISTON COMMANDERS, Chris Wall & Dan Dominguez FLYING THE NORTH ATLANTIC IN A
SHRIKE, Kevin Coons, CAVU Companies. CARING FOR PISTON COMMANDERS, John Towner
Central Air Southwest (owner or 35 Commanders). CORROSION CONTROL AND AGING
AIRCRAFT CONCERNS Morris Kernick.
John Bosch has put this amazing gathering of Commander talent together
FOR YOU!! There are many other speakers, great food, 100 year of flight
celebrations, side trips to museums and tons of fun.
I have discovered that running this group is not unlike herding frogs.
The unique nature of the airplanes we fly (or dream about flying) is
reflected in the diversity of our membership. It also makes it challenging to
"herd"
any two Commander enthusiasts in the same direction.
We need to come together for this event. There are dozens of you on
this list who would really enjoy and need the information and camaraderie that
will be shared at this event. If Commanders are you "thing," this is your
"Oshkosh"!! Don't miss it!!
Register today!! Jim Metzger, Director, Twin Commander Flight Group

I know I am unable to make it.
I wish someone would make a concerted effort to make a non amateur video
recording of the speakers, it's not hard to do.

Hi Urs,
Remember me?
We are still hungry for a high-wing twin resource for this summer of Search
and Rescue in Vancouver, Canada.
Just this morning (at 02:00 hrs.local) we were tasked to fly 10 fire
fighters 139 nm to Vernon, BC to help spell off other fire fighters that
have been on shift for 14 hours with the fires, we do more than just Search
& Rescue.
I am still seeking a 680FLP to replace the 500B but I have not done so yet,
I am still accumulating a down payment after my Ex took my life savings (old
story). I have a good monthly cash flow just no large down payment. I have
applied for Government funding for my non-profit Society to purchase a
plane.
If you want it shaken down for a few months before you sell it I have a
place for you to do it.
Tom F.
