Howdy I assume this was directed at me and not Mr Wall... Yes, I could do the CAD designs and create the files so these parts coule be laser or water-jet cut or done on a CNC mill. This type of reverse engineering tends to be a little costly upfront due to all the hours required to get an accurate model of the part. If some quantity of parts were needed, it would quickly become very attractive to produce this way though. I'm not certain how many variations of the basic truss were used. The units in the 520 and 560 appear to be identical and may even be the same through the 680E, but I'm just not sure. I also suspect that we couldn't put in all the rivet holes for the "hat channel" down the sides. Judging from the hole pattern, they were not drilled on a jig so would have to be hand drilled to match each airplane. Maybe someone like Morris has a pile of different trusses around that they could inspect and let me know if they're all exactly the same. I expect to have it out in a couple of days. Sorry for the delay.
