The pumps on my 520 were orig 1953 with about 4000 hours on them. I've never seen an overhaul recomendation, but I'd think it would be prudent to overhaul them (and the rest of the accessories) when the engines are overhauled. chris

Aro parts are expensive and reasonably rare, Pesco on the other hand are a lot cheaper to do. I have numerous spare ones that I have collected. Regards Richard

If they are working fine, leave sleeping dogs lay, and unlike dry pumps, sudden failures seem to be rare, somewhat in contrast to the vanes in dry pumps. Cheers, Bill Hamilton.
