Hi James,
I took a look at the specs. and photos of your 520 today, and see that it
appears to have a nose radome, a fact which I do not seem to have recorded
before.
From the appearance of it, the radome looks like a Chamberlain 2001X, for which
the an STC, No. SA1-143.
I wonder whether you can trace when this was installed, as I haven't found a
covering Form 337 yet in the FAA records.
Lastly, if you can email me a couple of photos of it, I'll be pleased to add it
my collection!
Very Best Regards,
Barry Collman

I am in a first-round private funding for my business for an IPO perhaps in
2006. Would you like to take a look at it?
Let me know.
Thanks
Nico

I have a POH for a 500S if interested Don 517 881-8959. I am located in
Michigan and could send it to you to copy and return to me. I have 2 so
being without it for a short time is no hardship.

battered
by hurricanes. Now we got Ivan coming in.
I would greatly appreciate if anyone can tell me where I can get a Copy

POH for a 500, I seem to have misplaced mine and authorities require me
to
have it
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
Thanks,
Victor

Cleaning out the hangar now and then always makes some sense ... I have a
very unusual commander part that I hate to throw away, although I can not
think of a reason why someone else would want it ...
4 aircraft 96204,96205,96206 and 96207 were built for the DEA. They were
commander 695B models, with high gross weight and surveillance
modifications. The mods were a hard point on the left wing for a flir pod
(or I guess a minigun, it looks like a standard hard point), BIG radome for
a search radar, aux fuel in the baggage area, and some special stall warning
systems that allowed you to safely fly with a big nose or pods hanging under
the wing.
Among the many commanders I have owned is 96207, and stored in a corner of
my hangar is the BIG radome and all the attachment stuff. Unless someone is
willing to pay the shipping, or come pick it up in Dallas, it is going to
end up in the trash bin.
It seems a waste to throw it away. If anyone is thinking about the need to
house a 20" dish or as a base for a very strange table of some sort send me
an email or give me a call at 972-930-6265, and it will be yours for the
asking. I think I will keep the hard point assembly, but I could probably
be talked out of that also if anyone can tell me a good enough story about
why the want or need it!

I will let you know if I do not hear from anyone else over the next few
days. I am based at ads and have 10000' of hangar space, and never enough
room, and would love for this to be gone next week.
