It should be watched at least twice a year for the rest of your life. Its too bad a TC cant carry a Mark 28 weapon. If you don't know what a Mark weapon is you need to spend more time on B52 alert:-)). You can buy Flight 93 at Walmart for ten bucks. I have flown for AAL for 29 years and I found the movie very accurate with some but not a lot of literary license. Since I mentioned red bloods I want to mention our # 1 Blue blood and thank Sir Barry for a great time at the Royal Air Force Museum and another tour to Alstree a wonderful UK GA airport. Why did the British wear Red coats and have blue blood and the Americans wear Blue coats and have red blood? dan f 6369U --------------------------------- ________________________________ Message 2 _____________________________________ Time: 07:03:28 AM PST US From: Brock Lorber Subject: Re: Commander-List: Hoover [bcc][faked-from] --> Commander-List message posted by: Brock Lorber >| > >| > If the current owner is willing to photograph the serial number plate >| > for me, >| > I'll be VERY interested in seeing a copy. >| > > > > Barry: Polished aluminum doesn't photograph well. I've tried everything but prying the plate off with a crowbar and scanning it! I'll send you the pics, but they won't be very useful. Bottom line, it's just -29. I have extensive documentation on the airplane, and don't see any reference to -24. He said the makers of the movie went to great lengths to make it accurate. bb -----Original Message----- From: owner-commander-list-server@matronics.com [mailto:owner-commander-list-server@matronics.com] On Behalf Of Dan Farmer Sent: Tuesday, May 09, 2006 9:16 AM Subject: Commander-List: Flight 93 --> Commander-List message posted by: Dan Farmer Hello all RED BLOODS Teresa and I watched Flight 93 last night. He had met Leroy Hommer at an OBAP convention in 2000. The Captain was played by J.J. Johnson a United B 777 F/O. bilbo ________________________________ Message 5 _____________________________________ Time: 10:14:00 AM PST US Subject: Commander-List: N2627B Back on EBAY From: "captseth" --> Commander-List message posted by: "captseth" I hope the price goes up so I don't do anything stupid/crazy/divorce inducing.
