Why did the British wear Red coats and have blue blood and the Americans
wear Blue coats and have red blood?
Answer: There's less oxygen in the atmosphere in England. Red so their
troops can be distinguished easily to the "friendlies".

I have flown for AAL for 29 years and I found the movie very accurate with
some but not a lot of literary license.
