No. it has a scoop. But it is flush with the top of the fuselage.
Maybe I can get a picture for you. It shoot to the bottom was
eliminated but must be left open for exhausting the air that comes in
from the top. The top scoop went to the inter-cooler for the bleed air.
It was 1/2 of the original inter-cooler for the air cycle machine.
