Subject: Speed Mod for fat cowl Commanders?
Has anyone come up with a clean up for the engine cooling drag on the
older Aero Commanders? (Mine is a 560E).
I see mods for airframe clean up, but it seems to me that the really
glaring drag comes from engine cooling. Has work been done on this?
Was it successful? Has it been published? Has anyone come up with an
STC?
Any information would be helpful.
