      Should the wheel-well fuel shutoff valve completely stop fuel flow when closed
      
      or only severely restrict it. I have a small amount coming through the valve 
      when it is in the closed position. Aircraft is a 560A. The same type of valve is
      
      used for hydraulic and oil shutoff. I am opening the fuel drain valve with the
      
      electric pump on and the valve closed to check the close position. Is this a 
      valid test? Thanks to anyone who checks their airplane and shares the results 
      with me.
