    Hi Andrew, I really don't want to put you to too much trouble here, but I think "203" is the Production Certificate number. The number I'm after is the 6-digit one at the very bottom of the plate. If the surrounding examples I've recorded already are anything to go by, the first three digits could well be "270". However, that is by no means certain!
