I also want to remind everyone that this is a celibration of the birthday of our risen savior, Praise GOD!! Yes, I know he was not really born in the winter and that many other myths surround his birth. But all of that aside, this is a time that we set aside to honor him. God gave each of us an opportunity to have eternal life in the presence of the creator of the universe. That plan has Jesus at its center and today we celibate his coming to earth as a baby. My Christmas prayer is that where ever you are, what ever your beliefs are, that you will take a moment to reflect on why the world stops what it is doing and honored this day.
