      Hi Bill,
      
      I have a Fact File covering the "Unbuilt Model Variants and Projects".
      I'm certain it doesn't cover every single idea that the Factory had, but 
      it does list a Model 580L.
      This was covered by Report No. AP10-103, "Preliminary Aerodynamic 
      Performance", dated August 23rd 1960.
      Doesn't seem to be based on the 560F though, as MTOW was only 5,500lb 
      and engines were Lycoming IO-540 series.

        Barry, have you ever heard of a model 580 Commander? I think it was to 
      be a 560F with bigger engines.
