Richard, If it would not be too much trouble, I would really like to see some photos of your project. Thanks, Bert Berry _bertberry1@aol.com_ (mailto:bertberry1@aol.com) In a message dated 2/10/2009 1:08:21 A.M. Central Standard Time, RnJThompson@aol.com writes: 560E VH-CAU has a roller door fitted for skydiving. I will find out about the paperwork. It was done about 7 or 8 years ago. The roller door slides up across the roof of the rear cabin while the normal door is fitted. The aircraft also has foot and hand rails fitted to the fuselage for the meat bombs to hang onto. The 680E has been reweighed, managed to get a couple of hundred pounds out of her. Has even got a professional looking weight & balance system. All very modern. If anyone is interested I will send them copies. Have almost finished the inspections for C of A. So hopefully will be flying next week. Only 8 years later ( quick project). Amazing times here in OZ, floods in the North, Rain in Sydney and Victoria is on fire with considerable loss of life. About 200 dead and whole towns wiped out. Eriksons Aircranes are going to be worn out by the end of the season. Great question. I dont, but I know that "Air Force One", the 680 now in the AF museum was used for skydiving for a bit so it has been done. Barry, any thoughts. Do you have any paperwork for that airplane?? jb Does anyone have, or know of someone who has, an approval to fly with the cabin or baggage door removed? -----Original Message----- From: BillLeff1@aol.com Sent: Thu, 5 Feb 2009 5:01 pm Subject: Commander-List: Flying with doors removed.
