Hi Bert,
You might recall that there was some confusion as to whether 690A s/n 11315
became XA-OUJ or XA-UOJ when N561TC was cancelled in July 2010.
>From memory, I had XA-UOJ originally, then corrected it to XA-OUJ when the
attached photo was found.
It was compared to the shot of it in the former marks N561TC, which is also
attached and it certainly seems to be the same aircraft.
When I sent comments to a few Air-Britain guys re the FAA changes from last
week, one of them said a contact of his in Mexico maintained it was XA-UOJ
after all.
Consequently, I sent a request to a friend in the FAA PD Room and they
kindly send a .pdf file of the Mexican Telex confirming cancellation, and
this clearly shows XA-UOJ and as usual, they show the radio call letters as
"Extra Alfa Union Oscar Julieta".
So, it now looks as though "XA-OUJ" was painted on this 690A in error for
XA-UOJ.

Now in understand that it is N31BV back in the states. Its been painted
about a dozen different times.
