J.B. As one of your more skilled Commander Drivers=2C I wish to know at wh
at time of day on Wednesday=2C September 12=2C I should plan my landing at
CXP. It seems that in recent years the dreaded Golden Pedal Award has been
presented to persons who are=2C in fact=2C not deserving of same. Apparent
ly=2C you and Mr. Morris Kernick have been derelict in your duties to be th
ere to properly judge the skill (or lack there of) of we hero handlers of C
ommanders as we arrive. Since you have not actually witnessed=2C and there
fore been able to properly judge our ability=2C rumor has it that you have
largely relied upon Bar Room Jokes=2C and third handed reports from those w
ho merely want to make themselves appear to be more capable (or less incapa
ble)=2C than they in fact are. Your prompt attention to this most important
concern will be greatly appreciated by we skillful handlers=2C and also=2C
it will give the "rudder wavers" a chance to sneak in under the cloak of d
arkness=2C while the judging staff is absent=2C so as not to be embarrassed
