Regrettably, another Commander was damaged on Saturday, June 15th at
Victoria-Regional airport, Texas.
Thankfully the 3 occupants are safe, although 2 were "seriously hurt".

Thanks for sharing and good to know that only injuries were sustained and
maybe the airframe will survive.
This 685 has been a feature of several TCFG Fly-ins over the years.

Commander Land
I tracked down the company (American East Airways Inc.) and talked to
either the owner or a representative. (I wanted to know if he would be
interested in N47RF (500-S) which I recently bought from NOAA. He was
not.)
I asked him if the Commander had been misfuelled. He said no, the plane
had just come out of an extensive overhaul and they discovered the hard
way that the fuel gauge was faulty.
He has three 500-B's and one 500-S. He is going to use the parts from
N93AA as a spare parts kit.
