Subject: Fly-In Hotel
Hello All,
Last Friday, I made a Reservation for the Doubletree Downtown hotel in
Chattanooga and received confirmation by email.
However, when I looked at the confirmation again later on, it was only then
that I noticed the dates were wrong!
My email to the hotel clearly showed the dates as 11th to 15th September.
But the confirmation showed the dates as 11th to 15th of August!
I tried to use the "Modify Reservation" but this wasn't possible, as the
special room rate wasn't applicable for the revised dates.
Thought a heads-up might be in order so you can all ensure your dates are
correct.
