Fellow Commander Folks=2C
Here in cold country there is a problem with my 680F(p). On the Ox tanks o
nly=2C when the temperature gets below freezing the water in the tanks (onl
y a very few drops) goes to the fuel drains and freezes around the rubber "
O" rings. When a fuel sample is taken by pushing up on the drain mechanism
the ice then plugs up the seat or tears the "O" ring and then all of the g
as in the tank runs out on the ground. This has only happened twice=2C how
ever=2C it is a real problem when it does happen. A mechanical solution is
in order=2C since it is not always practical to heat the drains out on the
tarmac. All suggestions will be appreciated.
