I am so excited that I went for a bi-annual flight review this morning and as could be expected it went exceedingly well. While driving back home and contemplating a mental post flight review of my most excellent performance, it came to my attention that perhaps I have received more awards in the last several years at our meetings than anyone else. Due the fact that this will be a very short flight for me (about an hour and twenty five minutes) there is no chance of receiving the award for the furthest flown is only fair to those with a lower skill level than me, to also eliminate myself from the competition for the much coveted GOLDEN PEDAL award. Would someone please be so kind as to advise me of the times when the judges for this award will be on the tarmac. With this information an arrival can be scheduled when the judges will not be on duty, which in turn can give others (though undeserving them may be) a chance to win this most prestige's award.
