You might be interested to know that Dick Rutan picked the 0-240 as
the rear engine for the round-the-world Voyager flight in 1986. This
engine ran for the entire flight as the front one was shut down and
restarted as needed. (the rear actually pooped out from fuel
exhaustion and had to be windmill started, no starter! within 1000
miles of the finish). Nine days of perfect operation!
