I also had lean engine damage at less than 60 hours. After discussions with Russ at D&G, he opened my nozzle 10%. Now I am wondering if we should have gone a little more. I have talked to others that have discovered lean damage when they thought everything was okay. Roy has his dynamometer almost ready and plans to do some carb testing on this issue. I did not have a good set up on my EGTs (too far down on the pipes). That has been corrected and I plan to pay a little more attention to the readings.
